The dinner commenced with a warm and enthusiastic speech by Mr. Guan Junkai, Chairman of the company. The event started with the first roll of the dice by the Chairman, who rolled a "Wǔ Zǐ Dēng Kē" (Five identical numbers，which symbolize good omens), a very auspicious start. At the venue, all employees were seated around tables according to their assignments. The crisp clatter of dice hitting porcelain bowls was continuous, accompanied by bursts of cheers and exclamations, instantly igniting the atmosphere. "Zhuang Yuan!" (Top Scholar!), "Dui Tang!" (Second Rank!), "San Hong!" (Third Rank!)... Every throw of the dice kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Whether it was the excitement of winning the top prize or the playful banter of narrowly missing a desired gift, it all merged into a joyful ocean. The traditional "Bó Bǐng" activity not only allowed everyone to experience the fun and excitement of Southern Fujian culture but also enhanced communication and rapport among colleagues through fair and friendly competition.
